KolaVid pricing: start free, pay only when you make more.
Every plan includes every whiteboard style, frame shape and narration language. Prices are in US dollars. A whiteboard video uses one credit a second, so a 2-minute video is 120 credits.

Yearly plans are billed once a year at 20% less than twelve monthly payments.
How credits work
A whiteboard video uses one credit for each second of video: a 1-minute video is 60 credits and a 2-minute video is 120. A plan's credits arrive each month when it renews. Unused credits stay on your account while your subscription runs and expire when it ends.
Starter's 5,000 credits make about 41 two-minute videos a month, Creator's 11,000 about 91, and Studio's 30,000 about 250. Mix lengths any way you like.
Cartoon and cinematic shorts use 75 credits for 30 seconds and 150 for 60 seconds, from the same balance.
Free minutes
A new account gets 120 credits, enough for one 2-minute video, with no card. Free videos carry a small KolaVid mark and can be up to 2 minutes long.
Free minutes are given once per person. If someone signs up again, the new account still works, without the free minutes.
First-month offer
After their first video, some new free accounts are offered Starter's first month at $14.99 instead of $19.99 (in some countries $9.99). The offer shows in the app for 4 hours, once per account, while it is running.
The first month still brings Starter's 5,000 credits. From the second month Starter is the usual $19.99 a month, and you can cancel before then.
Top-ups, paid features and cancelling
- On a paid plan, add 25 minutes (1,500 credits) for $7.99 at any time, without changing plan.
- Paid plans make videos up to 5 minutes long, with no KolaVid mark.
- Use videos from a paid plan commercially, on monetised channels and in client work.
- Change plan or cancel at any time from your account. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and its unused credits expire then.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. A free account makes 2 minutes of whiteboard video with no card, as one 2-minute video or two 1-minute videos.
How much video does each plan make?
Starter's 5,000 credits a month make about 83 minutes of whiteboard video, Creator's 11,000 about 183 minutes, and Studio's 30,000 about 500 minutes.
How much is the yearly plan?
Starter is $191.90 a year, Creator $383.90 and Studio $959.90: 20% less than paying monthly.
What if I run out of credits?
On a paid plan you can add 25 minutes for $7.99 at any time, or move to a bigger plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Unused credits expire when the plan ends.
Why did I not get free minutes?
Free minutes are given once per person, so a repeat sign-up doesn't get them again. Your account still works: choose a plan to start making videos.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes, on every paid plan: on monetised channels, in ads and in client work, with no KolaVid mark.
