A video didn't come out right
Send a new report from your account (Reports), or email us the video's link. A video that fails is never charged.

KolaVid in other apps
The Chrome extension (also for Edge and Firefox), the Telegram bot, the ChatGPT GPT and the add-ons for Google Docs and Slides, WordPress and Canva all open KolaVid with your page, text or topic filled in. If one doesn't open KolaVid, or opens it without your text, email us which one and what you were doing.
Installing the Google Docs and Slides add-on shows “Sorry, unable to open the file at present”? That is Google's page failing when your browser is signed in to more than one Google account. Install it from a private (Incognito) window signed in to one account, or from inside a document: Extensions, Add-ons, Get add-ons, then search KolaVid.
